Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally via Australia Post (AusPost).
Australia:

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs policies. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ceilão Home is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your order appears lost in transit, please email us and we’ll do our best to help locate it.
